SHIPPING POLICY

Prices shown include all shipping to any major port in Australia and internationally

We include delivery to your residence if living in a major city or surrounding suburb, in Australia.

If you live outside these parameters we will obtain a quote for you and also pass on other options which previous clients have used.

We cover all customs requirements, fumigation and taxes etc.

CONTAINER LOADING

As you can see we pack our products well and organised, shown here are 2 orders, 1st clients order is a 8m BAMBOO with a 9m deck, each item is clearly marked with the clients name which makes forward freight a simple process.

AUSSIE FREIGHT company handles our orders, the process is - once our products are manufactured, they are on a 5 day train trip to the port, our Aussie freight guys take over, where they are fumigated and certified, packed into the container carefully !! then shipped to the destination, delivered if local to the city/suburb or warehoused for pick up or forward freight.

We use our Australian freight to make the shipping process from start to finish a organised process, this of course is a more expensive way of shipping, however, well worth it in our opinion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our yurts are custom made, therefore, refunds will be in a different format, we want all our clients to be happy and we are fully aware issues arrive and life can through a curve ball, therefore, we will advertise to re-sell your yurt, we will keep you updated throughout the process and refund monies paid on the resale.

If a yurt has been specifically custom made to specifications which are outside the basic structure, we will discuss the issue with you, however, a refund that works for all parties will be organised.

The other issue is shipping which we include in our price, therefore, if you have received your yurt, we will also discuss this with you, only the shipping section.

We do stress to all our new clients, please think carefully before purchasing one of our beautiful custom made yurts, as the re-sale refund process can take time
