Are you able to live in yurts all year round

Yes absolutely, they have the ability to put a wood fire pot belly in for winter and of course they can have all amenities put in for cooling, bathroom etc
Wooden traditional yurts are they really eco friendly

Yes they certainly are, handmade wooden yurt, very littly carbon footprint here, as traditional Mongolian building is still alive and well, beautiful craftsmanship allow our clients to live in a lovely warm atmosphere. Can you plumb and connect electricity

Yes both are easily built into our yurt, we suggest a wooden deck for easy access, which we can supply with your yurt Yurts do not need council approval, as many clients build off grid, however, when connecting services please check with your council When adding a partition wall, it has to be a free standing wall attached to the deck, above is a gorgeous bathroom to show ideas for your yurt Pictured is a architects drawing used by a client, showing a mezzanine with kitchen and bathroom backs onto the it utilising the plumbing and space, this is from one of my suppliers clients, to put a mezzanine we suggest a 8 metre or bigger as you need this size to attain the wall height and pitch of your roof
Can we custom build for a commercial yurt, eg. wedding etc"

Yes, we specialise in not only personal yurts, but commercial yurts, seating up to 500, please contact us for a quote
How long does it take to receive my order

Our Yurts and Decks are 25 days to manufacture, 5 days to travel to Shanhai where they are fumigated and certified for our strict customs requirements and 20 days shipping to your major port, therefore, approximately 50 days
What if I want a mezzanine in my yurt

This is not a problem, however, the wall height is needed to be looked at and a 8 metre yurt is the smallest possible to put a mezzanine level in as the wall height is either 1.5 or 1.8 and the peak is 4.5 up to 5m, please note the price will be higher when purchasing a higher wall height, it does not alter the price with a higher peak
Can we order a deck to certain measurements

I am sorry we do not customise our decks, we supply both round and square decks, however, they do come in sections, therefore, you can arrange the deck in whatever shape you require, on the website we have prices from 5m to 10m, however, you can order a larger deck and we will obtain a quote for you, all that is required to errect your deck is cement and screws
